About me
To work better with AI we don’t need better models. We need to build the system they work in, with the context they read, the skills they use, the permissions they have and the moment where human judgment is worth the most. That is what we build and what I teach others to build.
I’m a software engineer and in 2020 I co-founded Talent Monkey, which closed after seven months. I spent more than four years at Magnific (formerly Freepik), where I started building the CRM from scratch on my own, then put together a team and led it, before moving within the company to lead Freepik Tunes, a product we built. Later I was AI Product Lead at Shakers, where I led AI adoption and the Alma product, a voice agent we built to interview and evaluate talent.
Today I train professionals who need to reinvent themselves with AI and help companies put it in place with measurable impact. My rule is that to go ten times faster with AI, you first go twice as slow building the system.
AI is a system
Knowing how to use AI tools is worth little if you don’t know how to build the system they work in. That takes judgment, which means knowing which problem to solve, what to automate and what not to, and how to measure the impact.
Tap each part to see what it does.
Context
What the AI reads before it starts working, meaning the information of your company or of your day to day. I call it the company brain.
Skills
The tasks it knows how to do, written so it repeats them the same way every time.
Permissions
What it can touch and what it can’t.
Review
The moment where human judgment is worth the most.
Metrics
Where you are when you start and what you got when you finish. What you measure changes the context.
